We are looking for a dedicated and caring Dental Assistant Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting clinical operations in our modern, well-equipped facilities.

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to work in multiple departments, including dental, pediatrics, dermatology, and operating rooms. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing patients and equipment for treatments and procedures, monitoring and recording patient conditions and progress, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare patients and equipment for treatments and procedures
  2. Monitor and record patient conditions and progress
  3. Maintain hygiene, infection control, and sterilization standards
  4. Coordinate with the medical team to ensure top-quality service
  5. Educate patients about procedures, care, and aftercare (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Valid nursing license/diploma/degree (HAAD/DHA/MOH eligibility or license preferred)
  • Previous experience in the relevant department (Dental, Pedia, Derma, OR) is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and compassionate patient care approach
  • Able to work flexible shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • For assistants: relevant experience or certification is preferred
