Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Specialist to join our Subsea Diving team at MiLaha. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, including engineering, procurement, inspection, testing, and transport, in accordance with MiLaha QHSES corporate policies and contractual commitments.
  • Manage and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring effective project planning and execution.
  • Prepare and present design solutions at formal design reviews and customer meetings.
  • Liaise with E&C Dept personnel to ensure project documentation is drafted, reviewed, and issued per project requirements.
  • Determine project timelines and formulate strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Review equipment specifications, converse with suppliers, and monitor pricing and cost.
  • Ensure safe operations and minimize environmental impact by complying with occupational QHSE standards.
  • Review and comment on project reports and briefs.
  • Prepare and review tender method statements and tender schedules to support the tender team.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers and vendors to identify and source equipment and resources.
  • Oversee the compilation of technical and commercial sections of the tender.
  • Ensure tender submissions meet all required and relevant technical, QHSE, and commercial documentation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of subsea diving operations, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and relevant industry experience are required.
