We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Transformation Officer to join our team, who can help us achieve our goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting corporate level HSE transformation and change management planning, including all related requirements, systems, processes, performance measures, and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of HSE transformation plans and strategies.
- Provide project management support for change initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HSE risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, HSEQ teams, and other departments.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HSE change management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or specialist role.
- Professional international certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, Certified Safety Professional (CSP)) would be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- High computer literacy and proficiency in data analysis and management tools, including knowledge of visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required.
