The VOLKSWAGEN Group seeks a Digital Multimedia Content Creator to produce, film, and edit multimedia collaterals for its digital accounts, programs, branding, and exhibition build. The selected candidate will work closely with the Manager of Digital Content to align with the communications strategy and achieve departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit, produce, and film multimedia content for exhibition development, social media, and programs.
  • Ideate and brainstorm social media collaterals with the team and propose a plan of action for created content.
  • Provide creative direction and project manage deliverables for exhibition development, working with contractors as needed.
  • Perform graphic design tasks assigned by the team.
  • Subtitle, transcribe, and optimize content for exhibitions and programs.
  • Develop and manage a digital archive for the company.
  • Create brand development content and branding elements that enhance the visibility of the company's brand.
  • Film and photograph activations and events for the company.
  • Manage social media channels and calendar for exhibitions.
  • Take lead in program development, managing stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from Northwestern University within the last five years.
  • Strong English oral and written communication, reading, and public speaking skills.
  • Experience in film production and skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  • Proficiency in animation, VFX, and 2D rendering.
  • Background in photography and branding.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing and communication plans.
  • Able to relate positively to diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Tact, diplomacy, and discretion are essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with GCC member nations.
  • Previous experience in pre-college, foundation, or similar university preparation programs.
  • Social media content creation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in NU-Q's pre-college program(s).
  • Strong Arabic oral and written communication, reading, and public speaking skills.
  • Oral and written communication skills in a third language spoken in the region (e.g., Armenian, Berber, French, Farsi, Hindi, Turkish, Urdu).
  • Prior experience working with high school students in Qatar, GCC, and/or the MENA region.
  • Knowledge of Blender, Adobe Creative Cloud, and DaVinci.
  • Able to balance teamwork with independent work effectively.
  • Project management experience, especially with tight deadlines.
