About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Programme Manager to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our automation programme, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of automation solutions across our ground services operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in our ground services operations.
  • Manage and coordinate the development and deployment of automation solutions, including ALTEA DCS, Check-in kiosks, Qonnect+, Business Objects, and Self Bag Drop.
  • Work closely with IT and automation programme teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity.
  • Sequence activities and produce detailed schedules to meet project delivery dates, within scope and within budget.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and identifying techniques for quality control and development plan.
  • Clarify completion criteria for each deliverable and develop acceptance plans.
  • Ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget through project portfolio prioritization and project program execution.
  • Assist in the selection of suitable devices/hardware and connectivity for HUB to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Relevant college or university qualification.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in automation, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
  • Management/leadership experience with the airline or aviation industry.
  • Experience managing a team of people from a multicultural background.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability for solution-oriented, effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
