Job Description

Aretè & Cocchi Technology is seeking a highly skilled Document Process Specialist to support the analysis, organization, and management of document management processes and activities in accordance with Saipem procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring resources and interfacing with Document Controllers, Function Representatives, and Document Service Assistants involved in the Project on Document Management topics. This includes ensuring knowledge transfer and preservation of Document Management topics across Saipem.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Organization and Logistic Analysis: The Document Process Specialist will analyze and organize the specific project, as well as all involved entities.
  2. Define Project Document Management Process: The candidate will assist in defining the Project Document Management Process and setting up the Project Progress Calculation.
  3. Client Approval Process: The Document Process Specialist will control and monitor the Client Approval Process and document submission to the Client.
  4. Final Project Documents Handover: The candidate will support in defining, organizing, and managing the Final Project documents handover to the Client.
  5. Document Management Knowledge Transfer: The Document Process Specialist will transfer, preserve, and maintain Document Management Knowledge.
  6. Ensure Document Management Methodology and Procedures Maintenance: The candidate will ensure Document Management Methodology and Procedures maintenance and compliance, preparing relevant project procedures.
  7. Organize and Control Reports: The Document Process Specialist will support and assist in organizing and controlling reports.
  8. Provide Help Desk Support: The candidate will provide help desk support on Document Management Tools in use.
  9. Document Register and Master Data List Activities: The Document Process Specialist will organize Document Register and Master Data List activities.
  10. Training and Assistance: The candidate will ensure training and assistance on Project Document Management topics, including distant sites.
