Program Overview
The Qatar Energy National Graduate Development Program (NGDP) is a comprehensive framework designed to provide a structured approach to training and development. The program aims to equip Qatari graduates with the necessary skills and competencies to become fully qualified professionals and contribute to the company's Qatarization targets.
Key Objectives
- To provide a framework for competence-based training and development
- To support the acquisition of target position competence level requirements
- To enable Qatari graduates to become fully qualified professionals
Qualifications and Skills
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Be fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills)
- Have excellent computer literacy, with high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Competence Level Requirements
- Core Competence Level Requirements (CLR)
- Generic Competence Level Requirements (CLR)
- Competence Level Demonstrated (CLD)
Individual Development Plan (IDP)
The IDP is designed with phased progress reviews to ensure that Qatari graduates acquire the necessary skills and competencies to meet the target position competence level requirements.
