  • Manage the financial aspects of grants management, including grant budgeting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
Financial Audits and Compliance
  • Manage the financial year-end audit process, working closely with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained for all fixed assets, including acquisitions, tagging, disposals, and depreciation.
Financial Automation and Best Practices
  • Lead automation efforts relevant to the work area to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
  • Stay current with accounting standards, including US GAAP and best industry practices.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders regarding financial matters, providing updates and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Manage monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator) reports and financial statistics.
Finance Policies and Procedures
  • Manage the updates and maintenance of finance policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
