Key Responsibilities
  1. Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of Pulse Secure NAC and BeyondTrust PAM solutions to ensure they are functioning optimally and securely.
  2. Monitoring and Maintenance: Perform regular monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security devices to ensure continuous protection and performance.
  3. Security Management: Implement and manage security policies, configurations, and updates on Pulse Secure NAC and BeyondTrust PAM to safeguard the organization's network.
  4. Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and alerts, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  5. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of security devices, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  6. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and changes to the security devices.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT and security teams to integrate and support security measures across the organization's infrastructure.
  8. Compliance: Ensure all security devices comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  9. Training and Support: Provide technical support and training to other team members and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security and operations management, specifically with Pulse Secure NAC and BeyondTrust PAM solutions. Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
