**Job Summary**

Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and customer receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Credit Policy and Procedures**: Follow the company's credit policy and procedures prior to invoicing, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • **Invoice Process Review**: Regularly review the invoice process to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize efficiency.
  • **Financial Information Management**: Monitor the submission of timely, accurate invoice documents and other financial information to ensure seamless processing.
  • **Invoice Processing and Customer Receipts**: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and customer receipts to maintain up-to-date customer accounts.
  • **Sales Order Document Follow-up**: Collaborate with operational finance staff to ensure accurate and timely updating of sales order documents in SAP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 5-8 years of experience in a related field
  • General accounting, payables and receivables accounting, taxes and fiscal accounting skills
