Job Overview

Tanqeeb is seeking a highly skilled HSE Engineer to join our team as an Incident Management Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reporting incidents in SpheraCloud, providing onboarding support and guidance to event owners and area focal points, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of incident data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Incident Documentation and Reporting: Document and follow up on incident close-out in SpheraCloud, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  2. Onboarding and Support: Provide training and guidance to event owners and area focal points on incident reporting and action close-out processes.
  3. Data Quality and Integrity: Continuously monitor and correct data in SpheraCloud, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Investigation and Reporting: Follow up on missing information in SpheraCloud, such as investigation reports, and complete them if necessary.
  5. Training and Development: Conduct onboarding training for new joiners and refreshers on SpheraCloud.
  6. Access and Notification Protocols: Update access and notification protocols for SpheraCloud to maintain stakeholder access to incident data and reporting.
  7. Assurance Reporting: Generate reports on quality of event entries, status of actions, and gap closure opportunities, and work with the business to close any gaps.
Requirements
  1. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with central support teams to manage SpheraCloud user issues.
  2. Compliance and Governance: Ensure the Event Management Process remains compliant with local incident management requirements, in alignment with respective HSSE discipline SMEs.
  3. Reporting and Analytics: Provide KPI data (PMR) reporting as required, and support the Digitalisation Lead or issue reports on her behalf.
  4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with the Investigate & Learn Advisor and monitoring of SpheraCloud dashboards to ensure that the HSSE Culture & Systems Manager, Investigate & Learn Advisor, and the HSSE team is informed about recent incidents and any potential challenges.
