JobLeader is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our workspaces.

1. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas, including floors, walls, windows, and furniture, using cleaning supplies such as vacuum cleaners, mops, cloths, etc.
2. Waste Management: Empty waste bins and ensure all areas are kept tidy and free from clutter.
3. Floor Care: Sweep and mop floors as required.
4. Dusting and Polishing: Dust surfaces such as desks, chairs, and shelves on a regular basis.
5. Reporting and Safety: Report any maintenance issues or damage to the Manager immediately and follow safety guidelines when using cleaning products or tools.
6. Environmental Stewardship: Ensure the working environment is kept safe and secure at all times.

1. Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Janitorial Specialist or similar role is preferred but not essential.
2. Independence and Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
3. Communication and Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions carefully and willingness to learn new techniques and adapt quickly to changing situations.
4. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 15kgs.
