Mondrian is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, managing storage areas, and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify daily receiving and storage procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve operational matters related to the storeroom.
  • Issue stocks and supplies according to standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify problem areas and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Director and Executive Chef to maintain high standards of hygiene in all storage areas.

Requirements:
