About the Role

Contract Analyst

Airswift, a leading international workforce solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. As a Contract Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's operations in Qatar.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing post-award contract support and analysis to our client's Onshore & Operations Support and Offshore, Terminal & Refining Groups. This will involve ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining updated contracts lists and tracking contract validity and cap value utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide effective post-award management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company systems and procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contracts lists, tracking contract validity and cap value utilization.
  3. Conduct periodic contractor performance evaluations and develop contractor development plans.
  4. Review and create purchase orders in SAP, ensuring compliance with contracted rates.
  5. Develop and execute Contract Work Orders, including managing final payments and close-out.
  6. Support the development and finalization of the yearly Contracts Demand Plan.
  7. Provide accurate and timely month-end and year-end accruals numbers.
  8. Ensure timely clearance of invoices and adherence to contract terms and conditions.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, management, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum six (6) years of experience in contracts management within the oil and gas industry.
  3. Proficient in written and spoken English.
  4. Proficient in the use of MS Office.
  5. Working knowledge of SAP or similar resource planning system software.
