Job Description:

The User Experience designer is responsible for driving the simplification of complex end-user problems and crafting exceptional digital user experiences across current and future digital channels.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership:

  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements vs business needs, in collaboration with product managers and other stakeholders for new projects.
  • Designing omni-channel consumer and services, ensuring to transform tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs through the entire experience lifecycle.
  • Executing the initiative's visual, information, interaction, and service design elements that meet business and customer needs and delight customers.
