We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of high-quality solutions that align with our business goals.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating architectural and detailed design specifications documents, collaborating with stakeholders, assessing technology needs, and ensuring smooth integration of new systems and technologies into our existing IT frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create high-level architectural and detailed design specifications documents to ensure feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Technology Assessment: Assess and recommend the best technologies and tools to meet business objectives.
  • Integration and Deployment: Ensure smooth integration of new systems and technologies into existing IT frameworks.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Requirements Validation: Ensure that requirements are complete, concise, and aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Sizing and Estimation: Conduct sizing exercises to determine hardware, software, and infrastructure requirements for the solution.
  • Resource Allocation: Provide estimates for resource allocation, timeframes, and costs associated with implementing the solution.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate and review the solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Risk Analysis: Perform risk analysis and identify potential issues that could impact the solution's success.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, software design, and systems integration.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Azure DevOps). Proficiency in architectural frameworks and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
