**Job Summary**

PPL Dynamics is seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead its accounting operations. As the General Accounting Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the general accounting activities, providing accurate financial data, and implementing cost accounting systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Performance Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance control over the organization's resources and eliminate duplication of financial data.
  • People Management: Lead and manage a team of accountants to ensure effective execution of accounting activities.
  • Budget Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement budgets that align with organizational goals.
  • Cost Accounting: Implement cost accounting systems to provide accurate financial data and support business decisions.
  • Closing Activities Scheduling Management: Ensure timely completion of closing activities and schedules.
  • Audit Activities: Coordinate audit activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures: Develop and maintain policies, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure effective accounting operations.
  • Reporting: Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
