The successful candidate will have a strong background in HSE management, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. You will lead the HSE team, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Maintain HSE Policies: Create and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Conduct Regular Audits and Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  3. Lead Incident Investigations: Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  4. Provide Training and Awareness: Deliver HSE training, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks to employees, contractors, and visitors to enhance safety culture and ensure HSE competency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications / Specialization / IT Skills: NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant HSE certifications; proficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Oil & Gas, Construction, or similar industries.
