The successful candidate will have extensive experience in environmental baseline assessments and monitoring, both onshore and offshore.

Key Highlights:

  • Lead the preparation and review of technical reports for marine environmental baseline and monitoring studies.
  • Conduct comprehensive onshore and offshore baseline surveys and analyze data.
  • Propose effective mitigation measures for potential environmental impacts.
  • Interpret and apply relevant environmental regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and providing technical solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Presenting technical information to diverse audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Effective project management, including managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 - 8 years of experience in international environmental consultancy, preferably in the Middle East region.
  • Demonstrated track record in project management, including budgeting and invoicing.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international environmental regulations and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
