The Ned City of London Sales is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurateur Assistant to support our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Support the Service Team Lead in supervising and coordinating the activities of the waiters.
• Assist in welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.
• Participate in training and developing new staff members on service standards and menu knowledge.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
