We are seeking a Technical Program Director to lead the technical program at Energy Job Search.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with Project HSE requirements and ensure implementation in all areas of responsibility.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to manage engineering activities, including EPCC Contractors and Subcontractors.
  • Ensure adherence to Qafco 7 Contract requirements and report any deviations to the Project Manager.
  • Guarantee the implementation and enforcement of HSE Regulations and Procedures in all work areas.
  • Monitor progress of engineering activities, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Oversight of EPCC Contractors and Subcontractors to guarantee quality and safety aspects during project phases.
  • Participate in Safety Walks, accident reporting, and investigation.
  • Coordinate with EPCC Contractors/Subcontractors to interpret and implement technical content of EPCC Contract documents.
  • Track and report schedule and progress deviations from the EPCC Contract schedule.
  • Support Contract Manager in reviewing Contractor's Claims and Variation Order Requests.
  • Assist Contracts Manager in finalizing Spare Parts quantities and review of Spare Parts for quality and adherence to EPCC Contract requirements.
  • Ensure proper identification, registration, and follow-up of Defects post Plant Take-Over.
  • Manage site engineering changes and update Project documentation to As Built Status.
  • Deliver Project Documentation to Qafco (Final and as Built Documentation).
  • Verify all Project Non-Conformities with recommendations to the Project Manager.
  • Identify, report, and follow up risks within your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate day-to-day with Qafco and external authorities as needed.
  • Follow up on design changes and their implementation.
  • Provide inputs to the monthly report Steering Committee/Board presentations.
