  3. Negotiate marketing spend with customers to achieve allocated targets.
  4. ADDRESS STOCK ISSUES: Address stock listing, availability, visibility, and expiry issues within prescribed guidelines.
  5. SUPPORT LOGISTICS TEAM: Liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of stock.
  6. OVERSEE DEBT RECOVERY: Oversee debt recovery and provide support to the accounting department for reconciliations.
  7. MENTOR MERCHANTISERS: Mentor Merchandisers on the floor to ensure optimal performance.
  8. ANALYZE CUSTOMER DATA: Analyze customer sales data, agency/brand ROI, and RSP surveys to inform business decisions.
  9. PROVIDE IN-MARKET INSIGHTS: Provide in-market insights, including competition activity and display pictures.
  10. CREATIVELY DESIGN DISPLAYS: Creatively design displays that meet brand guidelines.
  11. ENSURE ADEQUATE STOCK AVAILABILITY: Ensure adequate stock availability 24/7.
  12. MAINTAIN VISIBILITY: Maintain visibility as per KAP/SOM.
  13. ENSURE FRESHNESS OF STOCK: Ensure freshness of stock in stores.
  14. MANAGE STOCK ROTATION: Manage stock rotation.
  15. WORK WITHIN TRADE SPEND: Work within allocated trade spend.
  16. INCREASE SOS: Increase SOS in key accounts in line with brand owner strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent; university degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a distributor/multinational FMCG business.
