Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co. Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional image.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person or department.
  • Handle telephone calls efficiently, providing clear verbal communication and transferring calls to the relevant person or taking clear and concise messages.
  • Provide general administrative support to members of staff.
  • Accurately record visitor details and maintain a showroom log to track conversion ratios.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness, ensuring customers are escorted to the correct office and not left unattended.
  • Maintain knowledge of staff movements and ensure the cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Represent the company's corporate image at all times.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar field is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
