Job Title: Oracle Hyperion Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Administrator to join our team at Tridy Consultancy For Talent Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Oracle Hyperion systems, including Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning Server, and Hyperion FDQM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Oracle Hyperion systems, including Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning Server, and Hyperion FDQM.
  • Maintain the production, test, DR, and development instances of Hyperion Infrastructure.
  • Manage Hyperion application Patch Management and Version Control.
  • Ensure Hyperion environment security is maintained in accordance with best practices and compliances.
  • Maintain budgeting and planning allocations.
  • Perform data backups and execute disaster recovery practices.
  • Set up and maintain user access within Shared Services for Hyperion Planning and Essbase.
  • Deploy and maintain financial data for the Hyperion EPM suite.
  • Coordinate Hyperion FDMEE data loads from EBS.
  • Create and maintain standard reports.
  • Support business in performing month-end closing processes.
  • Develop, update, and maintain system administration documentation.
  • Monitor and tune Hyperion accounting and financial software packages.
  • Analyze Hyperion environment reports, reconciliations, and other related documents.
  • Develop and maintain archiving policies and processes for Hyperion environment.
  • Maintain Disaster Recovery Infrastructure for Hyperion Infrastructure.
  • Plan and execute Deployment of new Hyperion Environment (Functional/Technical).
  • Perform Hyperion environment Backup operation and testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with more than five years of related experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion products.
  • Hyperion Essbase/Planning experience.
  • Expert in Smart View and Essbase Excel add-in support.
  • Expert in Reporting Studio writer support.
  • Ability to support external entities user community across Qatar.
  • Project management skills (experience in leading system upgrades).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and various Microsoft Office applications.
