Your primary focus will be on managing our financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure the financial success and sustainability of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and lead our financial teams, including accounts and collection departments, in their day-to-day functions.
* Plan and implement work objectives and schedules for specific accounting processes to ensure an effective service is provided to the business.
* Ensure the effective implementation of work objectives through leadership of a specialist team, setting objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating employees to achieve the highest levels of performance.
* Prepare financial statements and various financial reports.
* Prepare reports and routine financial data from statistical and financial information according to stated schedules to ensure all required information is available for review in a timely manner.
* Identify, investigate, and rectify routine errors and anomalies in data and reports to ensure all financial data can be relied upon.
* Manage the monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
* Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external parties.
* Review and manage receivables ageing report and follow up with the collection department to collect outstanding amounts on time and deal with client problems to resolve them.
* Maintain cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements.
* Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions. Oversee supplier/Vendor payments in accordance with company policies.
* Prepare and maintain various stock reports.
* Oversee monthly payroll, vacation dues, etc.
* Coordinate in monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
* Coordinate with external and internal auditors as required.
* Lead the implementation of the ERP system.

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
* Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.
* Familiarity with food and beverage industry trends and challenges.
