**Job Description**

We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed knowledge of Contract Documents, Scope Inclusions, Exclusions, and Contract Deliverables.
  • Leading Construction Site Supervisors, Foreman, Inventory Control, Carpenters, Laborers, and other Tranel Employees to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, including change management, quality control, planning, scheduling, and safety protocols.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or similar.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role and a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
