  7. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and quality, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  8. Manage project costs, ensuring expenditures are within budget and making adjustments as needed.
  9. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  10. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, preparing regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  11. Promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  12. Oversee site preparation, including surveys and geotechnical investigations, to ensure a solid project foundation.
  13. Manage installation and maintenance of essential utilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing environmental impact.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years in project planning, cost control, and execution, preferably in civil or marine construction.

Skills:

Strong understanding of project management principles and practices; experience with coordinating contractors and regulatory authorities.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in project management software and advanced Microsoft Office.

Language Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and basic oral Arabic.
