The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished school leader to join our prestigious organisation as the Head of our Lower School.

The Lower School encompasses Foundation Stages 1 and 2 and Years 1 and 2, serving 384 students currently enrolled.

This exciting opportunity presents a chance for a highly accomplished individual to exercise influence and impact across the whole school, contributing to our fast-paced and dynamic senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience in teaching Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1, being aware of the expectations for the Early Years and Key Stage 1 English National Curriculum.

They will be responsible for leading and managing the Lower School, developing and implementing educational programmes that align with our values and mission.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
