Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at lxbfYeaa as a Training Specialist. As a key member of our Training & Education Team, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating training programs that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans to address competence gaps and improve performance.
- Analyze data to prepare reports on training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to training coordinators and administrators to ensure successful program implementation.
- Contribute to the development of standards for sourcing and monitoring external training providers to ensure quality training.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Training.
- At least 8 years of experience in learning and development work and related activities, preferably in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
