About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administration across both Qatar and Kuwait locations.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure cost control on regular expenses such as:

  • Maintenance related expense
  • Stationary
  • Rental
  • Communications equipment
  • Guest house management
  • Pantry/ refreshments
  • Cafeteria

You will also be responsible for maintaining furniture, fixtures, and other office equipment, representing the admin team in audits, and ensuring implementation of contracts with service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and other office equipment
  • Represent admin team in audit
  • Ensure implementation of contracts with service providers
  • Maintain records of telephone, mobile, electricity, ACs, and other vendor bills
  • Process bills to accounts for payments and maintain receipts of invoices
  • Ensure filing of claims and recovery
  • Process material management payments through SAP
  • Handle petty cash
  • Ensure proper book keeping of MIS reports, audits reports, and documents like lease, MOUs, BOQs, Bills, payments, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and maintain premises to preserve the environment
  • Ensure timely renewal of maintenance contracts
  • Responsible for handover of premises on expiry of lease and takeover of premise
  • Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization
