Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement activities to meet project objectives.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with EPC Contractors and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely delivery schedules and transportation timelines are met.

  • Review and verify the accuracy of Purchasing Status Reports (PSRs).

  • Identify and report any areas of concern to the Project Management Team (PMT) and relevant disciplines.

  • Collaborate with the EPC Contractor to issue site procurement expediting reports.

  • Assist with in-country delivery, customs clearance, and logistics matters.

  • Communicate with the EPC Contractor regarding the correctness and completeness of field Expediting Status Reports (ESRs).

  • Attend regular progress meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives.

  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Home Office as needed.

  • Directly reports to the Head of Procurement EPC-3 / EPC-4.
