Responsibilities:

  1. Produce and implement a Quality Assurance Plan to ensure that inspection and testing of the gas distribution services is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions.
  2. Coordinate with Operation and Maintenance staff and external contractors to carry out necessary repairs and upgrades works and to resolve escalated/critical issues, ensuring timely achievement of production objectives while minimizing financial losses.
  3. Effectively control the material management process, ensuring that spares and consumables are available while avoiding stock write-offs and minimizing slow moving stock.
  4. Investigate and analyze incidents, determine implications, action claims and carry out corrective action. Act proactively rather than reactively where possible.
