PPL Dynamics seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead Electrical projects and support larger initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing plant modification projects, identifying equipment/systems for procurement, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with site construction, QA/QC, and HSE procedures.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in our Electrical Engineering team. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects within budget, timeframe, and quality standards. Your strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and review plant modification projects to optimize cost and operational efficiency.
  • Lead Electrical projects and support larger initiatives, including internal expansion, feasibility studies, and implementation schedules.
  • Identify and recommend equipment/systems for procurement, providing technical specifications and evaluating suppliers.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments on engineering activities.
  • Evaluate and manage budgets, contractors' schedules, and project resources.
  • Ensure adherence to site construction, QA/QC, and HSE procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Electrical project management, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
