Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Qatar Executive. As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness and serviceability of our aircraft at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance: Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance activities to ensure the aircraft is airworthy and serviceable.
  2. Manage Inspections and Defects: Identify and prioritize defects, manage inspections, and coordinate with team members to rectify issues.
  3. Proactive Problem-Solving: Find solutions to defects and ensure efficient resolution while adhering to safety, regulatory, and company policies.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure all maintenance activities meet Qatar Executive standards and targets, including aircraft availability, system reliability, and deferred defects.
  5. Process Improvement: Review work procedures, equipment, and standards to propose improvements and implement solutions to technical problems.
  6. Riding Engineer Duty: Perform riding engineer duties when aircraft is leaving home base.
  7. Collaboration with OEMs and Suppliers: Work with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers to find solutions to defects and problems affecting aircraft operation.
  8. Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as required by the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements
  1. Degree or Equivalent: Hold a degree or equivalent in Aircraft Maintenance.
  2. Certifications: Hold B2 or B1/B2 Airbus A320 fam CEO (preferable with V2500 engine) certifications.
  3. Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of job-related aircraft certifying experience.
  4. Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance fundamentals appropriate to the area of employment.
