KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled PHL Specialist to join our team. As a PHL Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment associated with bulk loading of ships, particularly fertilizer products such as Urea.

• Maintenance and Repair Activities: Perform maintenance and troubleshooting activities of equipment in product handling associated with bulk loading of ships.
• Equipment Repair and Replacement: Experience in repair/replacement of wire rope and sheaves, drive unit, travel and bogie wheel, lubrication pump, spout and thrower, counterweight rod and bearings, cable reel & components, slewing ring and drive unit of a ship loader.
• Equipment Installation and Removal: Installation, removal, and fixing back equipment such as gear boxes and motors using barge cranes.
• Reclaimer Maintenance: Experience of repair/replacement of chain, sprocket, link, blades, bogie wheels, drive unit, wire rope, sheaves, cable reel, and lump crusher of a reclaimer in a fertilizer plant.
• Team Supervision: Effectively supervise, direct, and guide a team to perform maintenance activities as necessary.
• Tool Handling and Safety: Handling different types of tools used for maintenance activities and working at high elevations with adequate safety protective equipment.
• Problem Analysis and Root Cause Solving: Use of correct and appropriate tools, methods, and resources for given activities.
• Technical Documentation: Thorough understanding and correct interpretation of the relevant technical documents - isometrics, drawings, layout, P&ID, datasheets, etc.
• Planning and Scheduling: Sufficient awareness of planning and scheduling methods, systems, and tools.
• MS Office Skills: Shall have a working knowledge of MS Office (at least Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with heavy equipment and machinery.
