Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Rotating Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of work experience as a Rotating Equipment Technician in a Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Plant environment. Technical Assistance (TA) experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead hands-on teams for rotating equipment overhauls, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies for Siemens, Dresser-Rand, and Elliott turbo-machines.
  3. Conduct thorough technical assessments and develop repair plans for rotating equipment.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shutdowns and turnarounds to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  1. Hold a Trade Training Certificate from a recognized institution.
  2. Obtain training and certification from Rotating Equipment manufacturers.
