Job Summary

The Admissions Officer will be a true ambassador of the School, providing a professional and highly focused customer-service approach. As a representative of the School, the post holder will also work to develop links and partnerships with the parent, businesses, and local community contacts to support mutual development and growth whilst raising the profile and position of the School.

Purpose of Role

The Admissions Officer will be responsible for managing and converting leads to maximise pupil numbers. This will involve working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new pupils to the School

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, businesses, and local community contacts

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximise pupil numbers

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of the education sector and be able to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
