About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Control and Financial Manager to join our team at Talent Pal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accurate and timely information for business leaders.
  • Cost Control: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a financial management role, with a minimum of 5 years in a management position.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
