The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of projects from initiation to completion, including developing and implementing quality control plans, conducting inspections and audits, and managing non-conformance reports.

This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans (QCP) and inspection test plans (ITP).
  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and tests on materials, equipment, and construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Manage non-conformance reports (NCR) and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
  • Monitor and report on project quality performance metrics.
  • Ensure all quality documentation is maintained and properly archived.
  • Interface with clients and third-party inspectors on quality matters.
  • Provide training and guidance on quality procedures to project personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
  • Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office applications.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management or quality engineering, preferably in the oil & gas or construction sectors.
