IT Director

At Qatar Project Management QPM qa, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of critical software applications. The successful candidate will ensure applications are running efficiently and meet business requirements, plan and execute software updates, patches, and upgrades, and manage a team of application support specialists and developers. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of critical software applications.
• Ensure applications are running efficiently and meet business requirements.
• Plan and execute software updates, patches, and upgrades.

• Manage a team of application support specialists and developers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance on technical issues.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Liaise with software vendors and service providers to ensure proper support.
• Negotiate contracts and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize application enhancements.

• Lead application-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
