Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Flow Management: Develop and implement effective cash flow management strategies to ensure the smooth operation of the company's financial resources.
  • Cheque Processing: Oversee the processing of cheques, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all transactions and documentation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present comprehensive daily and monthly collection reports to the Finance Manager, providing insights into cash flow trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and report on dishonoured cheques, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Coordinate with banks and relevant parties for resolution.
