Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Supervisor to join our team at People Dynamics Doha. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Build and Maintain Relationships
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized assistance and ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest standard of service.
Coordinate Customer ExperienceOversee all aspects of the customer experience, from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable process.
Represent the BrandRepresent the Lexus brand with integrity and sophistication, embodying its values and standards in every customer interaction.
Customer Feedback and ImprovementActively solicit and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Collaboration and Event ManagementWork closely with sales, service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer care and to resolve any issues promptly and effectively. Organize and manage exclusive events and experiences for customers, enhancing brand loyalty and engagement.
Staying Ahead of the CurveStay informed about the latest trends in luxury automotive services and customer care, and suggest innovative ideas to keep our services ahead of the curve.
Qualifications- Proven Experience
Proven experience in a concierge role or similar, preferably in the luxury automotive sector or high-end hospitality.
Exceptional Communication SkillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a discerning clientele.
Strong Organizational SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
Passion for the BrandA passion for the Lexus brand and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
FlexibilityAbility to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings as required.
