We are seeking a talented Analyst - Investment Banking Advisory to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As a key member of our Advisory division, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior bankers to originate and execute deals across various products, including M&A, ECM, DCM, and restructuring.
- Develop and review marketing materials, pitchbooks, and deal-related documents to support our clients' needs.
- Contribute to transaction execution processes, ensuring timely completion and coordination with external advisors.
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses to support deal execution and pitches.
- Conduct industry research and provide insights to support our clients' strategic decisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or Big 4 (deals and advisory teams)
- Strong academic background and excellent financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and take on responsibility
