In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a positive safety culture within our organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to prevent incidents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and collaborating with contractors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a positive safety culture within the organization through regular interactions with personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective incident prevention strategies, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that all personnel are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with our company's health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all health and safety activities, including incident reports, training records, and compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in HSE Risk Assessment, environment, engineering, or similar disciplines.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large EPCIC project setting.
  • Familiarity with major oil and gas standards and best practices.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
