What You'll Do

You will provide critical support to the Middle East office's HR team, playing a front-line role in answering HR questions, escalating issues as needed, completing regular audits and analysis, and acting as a trusted source of information.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting new hire orientation and offboarding
  • Administering HR benefits and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handling employee queries and employee relations
  • Coordinating development processes such as evaluation, performance management, and capability building
  • Communicating and interpreting policies and procedures, as well as risk management efforts


You will also have opportunities to develop expertise in areas such as People Central and other HR systems, and contribute to efforts beyond your immediate scope as needed.
