IHG Hotel & Resorts is seeking a skilled Masseur Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Attend scheduled training and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Participate actively in employee activities and contribute to a positive team environment
* Adhere to strict hygiene and personal appearance standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all policies and procedures related to Health, Hygiene, and Fire Life Safety
* Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment
* Work under the general supervision of the Recreation Supervisor and collaborate with other departments as needed

**Requirements:**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting preferred
