Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Videographer & Photographer to join our creative team and help us showcase the essence of our luxury properties through captivating visuals. As a key member of our multimedia content creation team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality videos and images that highlight the unique features of our developments, ranging from elegant interiors to breathtaking exteriors.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Capture stunning photos and videos that reveal the true essence of our luxury properties, emphasizing their architectural beauty, luxurious amenities, and unique features.
  • Plan and execute creative shoots for marketing campaigns, property showcases, and corporate events, working closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to conceptualize and produce engaging multimedia content.
  • Develop visually striking content that reflects the brand identity and marketing strategy of Levante Holding, highlighting the value proposition of our luxury properties and attracting high-net-worth audiences.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders as needed to deliver on creative projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and consistency, leveraging advanced software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Brand Consistency & Innovation:

  • Maintain and enhance Levante Holding's visual identity across all channels, incorporating best practices in branding and visual storytelling to consistently communicate the luxury brand essence.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies to continuously innovate and improve content quality, contributing to the development of forward-thinking marketing strategies that stay ahead of the competition.

Project Management:

  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Organize and maintain multimedia assets for efficient retrieval and use, implementing effective workflow processes and systems to streamline operations and minimize errors.

Quality Assurance:

  • Verify that all content meets the company's brand guidelines and effectively communicates the desired luxury lifestyle, leveraging feedback from senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and refine visual strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather feedback and inform data-driven decisions on visual strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving results-oriented outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in videography and photography, preferably within the real estate, luxury, or lifestyle sectors, showcasing portfolio pieces that demonstrate expertise in capturing luxury visuals and creating engaging multimedia content.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in high-end camera equipment and lighting, including proficiency in managing complex lighting setups and harnessing natural light for compelling visuals, as well as expertise in post-processing techniques to achieve optimal results.
  • Advanced expertise in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom), ensuring seamless video and image production and post-production workflows, and the ability to adapt quickly to new software and tools.

Creative Vision:

  • Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, detail, and brand aesthetics, coupled with an ability to interpret and execute creative briefs that resonate with high-net-worth audiences and push the boundaries of luxury visual storytelling.
  • Capacity to conceptualize and execute creative projects that exceed expectations, integrating artistry with technical proficiency and creativity with strategic thinking.

Project Management:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining accuracy, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating ambiguity with ease and adapting to change seamlessly, while staying focused on goals and objectives.

Communication:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners alike, and conveying complex ideas simply and concisely.
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly, resulting in successful project delivery and exceeding client expectations, while also being open to feedback and continuous learning.

Education:

  • A degree or diploma in Film, Media, Photography, Communications, or a related field is highly valued, demonstrating theoretical knowledge and practical application in the field of visual storytelling and multimedia content creation.
