One of our esteemed clients in Qatar seeks experienced professionals for the role of Head of Administration and Facilities Management.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our team as the Head of Administration and Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management and services, office administration, and engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of administration and facilities management within the organization.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Lead a team of administrative and facilities staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
  • Monitor and maintain facility infrastructure, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility maintenance and services.
  • Develop and manage budgets for administration and facilities management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in facilities management, office administration, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of successful facilities management and administration.
