About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Estimator to join our team at Snaphunt. As an MEP Estimator, you will be responsible for developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote our brand and services.
  2. Create and manage all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction.
  3. Implement online marketing activities, including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, and lead generation.
  4. Track the effectiveness of various campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
  5. Manage communications spend and work with vendors and agencies to create and localize communications and marketing activities.
  6. Lead the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand.
  7. Set project scope, timelines, and budget, as well as resource planning and activity scheduling.
  8. Improve the quality of outputs through continuous improvement of operations.
  9. Ensure high system quality and reliability.
  10. Participate in vendor selection processes.
  11. Review and assess supplier quality and identify and resolve any quality-related issues.
  12. Maintain reporting on various aspects of supplier quality, such as defect rates, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  13. Prepare and implement project schedules and manage all aspects of project planning.
  14. Analyze and report on progress, performance, and forecast on a regular basis.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in Engineering or Marketing Communications within the Real Estate, Utilities, and Professional Services industry. Experience within the industry would be a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Cost Estimation and Quantity Surveying. They will be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders, possess strong analytical skills, and be comfortable dealing with numerical data. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in changing environments are essential.
