Job Description

PPL Dynamics is seeking an experienced Digital Media Creator - Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in multimedia content production, who can create engaging videos and photographs that promote the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality video and photo content that showcases employee talent and enhances the organization's branding across all platforms.
  • Film and document internal and external events related to employee experience, capturing key moments and activities.
  • Edit and produce multimedia assets that align with brand standards, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align content with overall organizational and employee engagement goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve content for future projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in media production, with a proven track record of creating engaging multimedia content.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar with transferrable visa or under family sponsorship.
  • Must be willing to join immediately.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join PPL Dynamics and contribute to the creation of compelling employee experiences. As a Digital Media Creator - Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's visual identity and promoting its values through multimedia content.

Estimated Salary: QAR 120,000 - QAR 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
